       Hacket for and in Consideracon of the sume of Five
       shillings of Lawfull English Money to him in hand
       paid by the said James Heath before the sealing and
       Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
       acknowledged by the said Tho Hackett & for Divers
       other good Causes & Consideracons him the said Thomas
       Hackett hereunto moveing he the said Tho Hackett
       Hath bargained & sold & by these presents Doth
       bargaine & sell unto the said James Heath his exec.rs
       and assignes one full Moyety or half part of All that
       parcell of Land & orchard scituate Lying & being on the
       North side of Severn River in the province of Marylad
       in America att a point Now commonly called Hacketts
       point to gether w.th one Moyety or one halfe part of
       All that plantacon Tract of Land & building now or
       Late in the Tenner or Occupacon of Nath.a Everett containing
       in the said Two parcells two hundred acres more or
       lesse & the one Moyety or halfe part of all that Tract of
       Land lying in or Neare Back River neare potapsco river
       Containeing three hundred acres more or Lesse Late in
       the possescon of Theophilus Hackett late of the sd province
       shoemaker Decd & the one Moyety or halfe part of
       all that Tract of Land Lying neare the said potapsco
       River containeing one hundred acres more or Lesse
       and the Moyty or one halfe part of all other y.e Lands &
       Plantacon of him the sd Tho Hackett scituate and
       being in the said province of Maryland or w.ch were
       the possescions plantacons Lands or Estate of the said
       Theophilus Hackett & one full Moyety or halfe part
       of all the Dwellings out houses ware houses Edifices and
       Buildings Gardens Orchards woods Timber Trees and
       other hereditaments whatsoever to the said p.remisses
       or any of them belonging w.th their & every of their
