       The said Lott of ground brew house Dwelling
       house and all other the premisses herein before
       Menconed together with their and Every of their
       apurtences unto him the said Charles Carroll
       his heires and assignes for Ever to the only proper
       use and behooffe of him the said Charles his
       heires and assignes and to noe other use intent
       or purpose whatsoever and the said Benj.a
       Fordham for himselfe and his heires Doth
       hereby Covenant promise Grant and agree
       to and with the said Charles Carroll his heires
       and assignes that he the said Benjamin
       and his heires shall and will from time to
       time and at all times for Ever hereafter
       save and Keep harmless as well the said
       Charles Carroll his heires and assignes as all
       the before menconed to be p Bargained
       premisses of and from all former bargaines
       sales Joyntures Dowers titles of Dower statutes
       Judgments recognizances Execucons rent Charges
       arrearages of Rents forfietures and all other
       Charges and Incumbrances whatsoever
       had made or done by him the said Benjamin
       or by any other person or persons whatsoever
       and further the said Benjamin for himselfe
       and his heires Doth hereby Covenant promise
       grant and agree to and with the said Charles
       Carroll his heires and assignes that he the
