       This Indenture made the Twentieth
the Conveyd againe        Day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand
back to Fordham            seaven hundred and Two Beetween Benj.a
in Annarund.l County      Fordham of the porte of annapolis and County of
Land records lib.o WT   Annarund.ll Gent of the one parte and Charles Carroll
No 1 page 327               of the said County Gent of the other parte wittnesseth
       that the said Benj.a Fordham for and in Consideration
       of the sume of of one hundred and fifty pounds
       sterling to him in hand paid or secured to be paid by
       the said Charles Carroll at or before the Ensealing and
       Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he the
       said Benj.a Doth hereby acknowledge and thereof
       and of every parte and parcell thereof doth for himselfe
       and his heires hereby fully Clearley and absolutely
       Exonerate acquitt and Discharge the said Charles
       Carroll his heires Execut.rs and adm.rs Hath Given
       Granted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed
       as by these presents he the said Benj.a Fordham
       Doth for himselfe and his heires Give Grant bargaine
       sell alliene Enfeoffe and Confirme unto him the
       said Charles Carroll and his heires all those Two lotts
       of ground with the Brew house and Dwelling
       house thereupon built scituate lying and being in
       the afd porte of Annapolis with all and singular the
       apurtences and all houses offices store houses stables
       yards gardens and all other Easements and Comodities
       and Comodities to the same brew house belonging
       or apertaining or with the same Occupied with all and
       singular there apurtenances and all Brewing vessells
       utensells and implements to the same Brew house
       belonging and now in the occupation of the said
       Benjamin  To Have and To Hold
