       Ting or things assureances of Conveyances in the Law
       as by the said Charles Carroll his heires or assignes
       or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be
       from time to time reasonably Devised advised or required
       for the further and better assureance surety and sure
       makeing of all and singular the premisses hereby bargained
       and sold or intended to be hereby bargained and sold
       And Lastly the said Benjamin Fordham for himselfe
       and his heires Doth hereby Covenant promise
       Grant and agree to and with the said Charles Carroll
       his heires and assignes that he the said Benjamin
       and his heires shall and will from time to time
       and at all times for Ever hereafter warrant and
       Defend all and singular the before menconed to be
       bargained premisses or intended to be hereby bargained
       premisses with their and Every of their apurtenances
       unto him the said Charles Carroll his heires and
       assignes ag.t all Manner of persons whatsoever
       Claiming or at that shall att any time hereafter
       Claim any right title or interest thereunto or unto
       any parte or parcell thereof  In wittness
       whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto
       interchangeably sett to their hands and affixed their
       seales the day and year first above written
          On the back of the afd      Benj.a Fordham         (seale)
          Deed was thus written
Sealed and Delivered
in the presence of                     aprill 14.th 1703
       W.m Whittington                  Then Came Benj.a Fordham
       Nich.o Sporne                  with Lidia his wife before us
                                               under written two of her Maj.ties
       Justices of Annarund.ll County and said Lidia his wife being
       privately Examined they both freely acknowledged the w.thin house
       lott and premisses to be the right and property of the w.thin named
       Charles Carroll to hold to him and his heires for Ever according to Act
       of Assembly in that Case made & provided            Jn.o Baldwin
