       Garrisons and all Majo.rs sherriffs Justices
       of the peace Baylliffs Constables Customers
       Comptrollers searchers and all other our
       loveing subjects whome it shall or may
       Conserne Greeting whereas wee have thought
       fitt to Employ the Barrer hereof Edward
       Randolph Esq.r our speciall service to our
       severall Collonies Dominions and province
       in America our will and pleasure therefore
       is and wee doe hereby require and Comand you
       (as wee doe alsoe Desire all admiralls vice
       admiralls Captaines and other the officers
       of the shipps of warr of any prince or state
       in Amety with us) to suffer the said
       Edward Randolph with his baggage
       and Necessarys freely and quietly to pass
       from this our Kingdome unto any of our
       Collonies Dominions or province in amerrica
       afd and that be Civilly Treated and assisted
       upon all occations wherein he may have
       in need of the aid and furtherance of our
       good subjects in order to the better Dispatch
       of the Comands wee have Given and that
       finelly haveing performed the same he be
       suffered w.th the like freedome to returne
       back into this Kingdome Given at our
       Court at S.t James's the 15.th day of June
       1702 in the first yeare of our reigne
