       Executed and suffered all and Every such
       further and lawfull Act and Acts thing
       and things Devices assureance and
       assureances and Conveyances in the Law
       whatsoever for the better assureing and sure
       makeing the afd premisses unto the said
       John Jacob his heires and assignes for
       Ever as by his or their Councill Learned in
       the Law shall be reasonably devised advised
       and required according to the true intent
       and meaning of these presents and to noe
       other use intent and purpose w.tsoever
       but to the only proper use and behoofe
       of the said John Jacob his heires and
       assignes for Ever  In wittness
