       and Kept harmless by the said Richard Cheeney
       his heires ex.rs and adm.rs of and from all and all
       Manner of former and other Guifts Grants bargaines
       sales lesses Morgages Joyntures Dowries title of
       Dowries uses wills fines Issues Recognizances Extents
       Judgments Executions Entailes Rents Arrearages
       of Rent forfietures Debts or trust and of and
       from all and singular other titles troubles
       Charges Demands and In Cumberances whatsoever
       had made Comitted and done by him the said
       Richard Cheeney his heires or assignes or by his or
       their Act Consent title Interest privity or
       procurement the Rents and services w.ch from
       henceforth from time to time for or in present
       respect of the premisses shall Grow due
       to the Cheife Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees
       of whom the same are holden only excepted
       and foreprized  And Further the said Richard
       Cheeney for himselfe his heires ex.rs and adm.rs
       Doth Covenant promise and Grant to and with
       the said John Jacob his heires and assignes by these
       presents lawfully haveing or Claiming or pretending
       to have any Estate right title Interest or
       Demand of in or to the premisses or any parte
       or parcell thereof by from or under the said
       Richard Cheeney his heires and assignes shall
       and will from time and att all times hereafter
       dureing the space of seaven yeares next
       Ensueing the date of these presents upon
       the reasonable request and at the Cost and
       Charges in the Law of the said John Jacob
       make doe performe execute and suffer
       or Cause to be made done performed
