       Act and Deed and to be the right of the within
       named John Jacob his heires and assignes for Ever
       according to the force effect and true meaning
       of the within written Indenture and the same
       day and time Came alsoe before us Mary the wife
       of the said Richard Cheeney and she being secretly
       Examined out of the hearing of her said Husband did
       freely Cleerly and absolutely give up all and singular
       her Right title Dowry Claime and Demand whatsoever
       of in and to the within menconed Lands and
       premisses and did Confess that she was not thereunto
       inducced for fear or by any threats of her said Husband
       In Testimony whereof wee have hereunto subscribed
       our names the day and year above written
