676 of a good absolute and perfect Estate in fee simple to him and his heires for Ever in his owne right and to his owne use without any manner of Condicon or provisoe right title or lymatacon of use which may hereafter Distroy or Evict the same other then such Condicon or provisoe as is menconed in the said recited Deed of Grant And That the said Robert Carvile notwithstanding any such act or thing as afd hath good right full power and lawfull authority in his owne right to grant Convey and assure the said premises and Every parte and parcell thereof unto the said Henry Ridgley his heires and assignes for Ever in Manner and forme afd according to the true meaning hereof and alsoe that the said Henry Ridgley his heires and assignes and Every of them shall and may from time to time and att all times hereafter dureing the Estate hereby made and granted peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy possess and Enjoy all and singular the said Granted premisses with the appurtences according to the true meaning hereof without any lett suite troble or Charge whatsoever of or by the said Robert Carvile his heires or assignes or any of them or any other person or persons whatsoever lawfully haveing or Claiming any Estate right title Interest or thing of in to or out of the said Granted premisses or any parte thereof by from or under him the said Robert Carvile or by his means privity Consent or procurement and that the said Granted premisses and Every parte thereof now are and be and soe dureing the Estate hereby Granted made and passed shall and may according to the true intent and meaning hereof remaine Continue and be to the said Henry Ridgley his heires and assignes for Ever fully and Clearly acquitted freed and Discharged or upon request made to the said Robert Carvile (his) |
