       his heires and assignes in yt behalfe well
       and sufficiently and at his and the proper
       Cost and Charges of the said Henry Ridgley
       shall be saved and Kept harmless by him
       the said Robert Carvile his heires and assignes
       of and from all former and other bargaines
       sales leases Guifts grants Estates rents and of
       and from all Joyntures Dowries statutes
       recognizances Judgments Executions forfeitures
       seizures Extents and all other Charges
       titles troubles incumberances and demands
       whatsoever had made Comitted or done or to
       be had made Comitted acknowledged or done
       by the said Robert Carvile his heires and assignes
       or any other person or persons lawfully
       Claiming from by or under him them or any
       of them or by his their or any of their means
       title or procurement the rents and services
       from henceforth to grow due and payable
       to the Cheif Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees
       thereof only Excepted and foreprized  And the
       said Robert Carvile doth further Covenant
       and grant for himselfe his heires Execut.rs
       adm.rs and Assignes to and with the said
       Henry Ridgley his heires and assignes and
       Every of them p these presents that he the

       Estate right title or demand haveing or
