       Revercons remainder and Remainders of all
       and singular the said before menconed granted
       aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed premisses
       or hereby menconed or intended to be granted
       aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and alsoe all the
       Estate right title Interest Claim and demand
       whatsoever of him the said Robert Carvile
       of in and to the same and of in and to Every
       parte and parcell thereof and alsoe to all
       woods and underwoods and trees now growing
       standing upon the said premisses or any
       parte or parcell thereof together with the said
       before recited Deed of Grant To Have
       and To Hold the said land Called Cotten
       and all and singular the premisses before by
       these presents menconed or intended to be
       Granted with all and singular the appurtences
       to the said Henry Ridgley his heires and
       assignes for Ever to the only use and behoofe
       of the said Henry Ridley his heires and assignes
       for Ever and the said Robert Carvile
       Doth for himselfe his heires execut.rs and
       adm.rs hereby Covenant and Grant to and with
       the said Henry Ridley his heires and assignes
       and Every of them by these presents in Manner
       and forme following (that is to say) That the
       said Robert Carvile for and notwithstanding
       any act or thing by him or by his meanes Consent
       or procurement had made Comitted or done
       or wittingly or willingly suffered to be done
       now at the time of Ensealing and delivery
       hereof standeth and is solely only and rightfully
       seased and untill the Estate hereby to be
       Granted shall be sufficiently past vested
       and setled in the said Henry Ridgley
       his heires and assignes shall soe remaine
       seazed of all and singular the premisses
