       In the possession of Robert proctor of annarund.ll
       County and bounding on the said land runing North
       by west one hundred and fifty perches to the Nothermost
       bounded tree of the said proctors land then west
       three hundred and Twenty perches bounded on the
       west by a line drawne south Two hundred forty
       five perches to the said land of the said Llewellin
       then bounded on the said land to the first bounded
       tree Containing and laid out for five hundred acres
       be the same more or less to be held of the Manner
       of Calverton  To Have and To Hold the said
       peice parcell or tract of Land Called Catton unto
       unto the said Robert Carvile his heires and assignes
       for Ever under such Rents Coven.ts Condicons lymitacons
       and Ecceptions as in and by the said Deed
       of Grant Relacon being thereunto had it doth more
       at large appear  Now This Indenture
       wittnesseth That the said Robert Carvile
       for and in Consideration of the sume of one hund.d
       and ten pounds sterling money of England to him
       in hand paid by the the Henry Ridgley before
       the Ensealing and Delivery hereof whereof and
       wherewith the said Robert Carvile doth acknowledge
       himselfe to be fully satisfied Content and
       paid and doth of and from Every parte and parcell
       thereof acquitt and Discharge the said Henry
       Ridgley his heires Execut.rs and adm.rs by these
       presents Hath Granted bargained sold aliened
       Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents Doth
       fully Clearly and absolutely grant bargaine
       sell alien Enffeof and Confirme to the said Henry
       Ridgley his heires and assignes for Ever All that
       the said peice parcell or tract of Land Called
       Cotten Cont five hundred acres (be the same more
       or less) and premisses above menconed now in the
       tennure or occupation of the said Robert Carvile
       his assignes or assignes and the Revercon and
