664 And all other the appurtences thereunto belonging or in any wise appurtaining To Have and To Hold all and singular the said Housses lands Tenem.ts hereditam.ts and premisses and Ever parte and parcell thereof with their and Every of their appurtences unto the said Edward Reynolds his heires or assignes for Ever soe that Neither I the said James pascal nor my heires nor any other person or persons for me or them or in mine or their name or names Right Title or stead shall or may be any ways and means hereafter have Claime Challenge or demand any Estate or Interest of in or to the same premisses or any parte thereof but from all Action Right Estate Title interest and Demand of in or to the premisses and Every of them shall and will be utterly Excluded and debarred for Ever by these presents And I the said James pascall and my heires the said housses Lands Tenements hereditaments and premisses and Every parte and parcell thereof with their and Every of their appurtences unto the said Edward Reynolds and his heires to their owne proper use and uses against me and my heires and all and Every person and persons fully Claiming by from or under me the said James pascall shall and will warrant and for Ever Defend by these presents In wittness whereof I the said James pascall have hereunto sett my hand and affixed my seale this thirteenth day of June In the year of our Lord God One thousand seven hundred and Two his James O pascall (seal) marke |
