663 said James pascall now have or which my heires at any time hereafter may or ought to have of in or to all that the afd Tract or parcell of Land soe as afd Called by the name of pascalls Chance lyeing in Talbot County afd on the south side of Chester River and on the East side of a Creeke Called Corsica Creeke Begining at a Marked Cedar Tree standing upon a point at the Forke of the devideing and being the first bounded Tree of the Land formerly laid out for Ezekiel Croscombe and runing for breadth from the said Tree North one hundred and Fifty perches Cross the Creeke to a marked Beech Tree standing by the Creek side by a small Marsh bounded on the North by a line drawne East from the said Beech Tree for lenth Two hundred and Forty perches on the East by a line drawne south from the End of the East line untill it intersect with the said Croscombes ^Land^ then on the south by a line drawne west by the said Land to the first Named Cedar on the west by the first North line Containing Two hundred and fifty Acres more or less Together with all and singular the Dwelling houses out houses Tobacco housses Gardens barnes stables orchards pastures Meadows Fences inclosures (and) |
