(636) And assignes ag.t himselfe his heires and assignes and ag.t all and Every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warr.t and for Ever Defend by these presents and the said Tho.s Rober for himselfe his heires Execut.rs and adm.rs Doth further Covenant promise and Grant to and with the said Edward Rumley his heires and assignes and Every of them by these presents that he the said Tho.s Roper now at the time of the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents in and standeth solely and Rightfully seized of and in the Moyety of the said Tract of Land and all and singular the premisses before Menconed and intended to be hereby bargained and Every parte and parcell thereof w.th the appurtences of a good sure perfect rightfull and absolute indefeazible Estate of inheritance In fee simple In the Law to him and his heires for Ever without any Manner of Condition limitacon of use or uses or provisoes that may alter Change or Determine y.e same other than is menconed In the Originall Deed of grant or patent of y.e Right hon.ble the said Lord prop.ry and that he the said Tho.s Roper hath in himselfe good right full power and Lawfull authority to give Grant bargaine Sell Convey and assure y.e said land and Pmisses before menconed to be hereby bargained and Every parte and parcell thereof w.th y.e appurtences unto the said (Edward) |
