       appertaining and all the Estate Right title
       and interest property use possession Inherritance
       Claime and Demand whatsoever of him
       the said Thomas Roper or his heires of in or
       to the same or any parte or parcell thereof
       and alsoe the Reversion and Reversions Remainder
       and Remainders of all and singular the premisses
       before Mentioned to be hereby bargained and
       Every parte and parcell thereof with the
       appurtences and more Over all the Deeds
       pattents and writeings w.thin any wise Touch
       or Concerne the same  To Have and To Hold
       the said Three hundred acres of Land or the
       Moyety of the whole Tract as afd and all
       and singular the premisses before hereby
       Menconed and intended to be hereby Granted and
       Every parte and parcell thereof with Every
       the appurtences unto him the said R Edward
       Rumley his heires and assignes for Ever to and
       for the only proper use and behoofe of him
       the said Edward Rumley his heires and Assignes
       for Ever more and to and for noe other use
       Intent or purpose whatsoever and the said
       Tho.s Roper for himselfe his heires Ex.rs and
       adm.rs and Every of them Doth Covenant
       promise grant and agree to and with the
       said Edward Rumley his heires Execut.rs adm.rs
       and assignes and Every of them by these presents
       That he the said Tho.s Roper his heires Ex.rs and
       or adm.rs or some of them the said Three
