       Alleined Enfeofed & Confirmed and by these p.rsents doe fully clearly
       & absolutely Give Grant bargain sell aliene Enfeofe & Confirm
       unto the sd Edward Dorsey his heires & assignes for ever all that
       moiety or one halfe part of a tract or parcell of land called the
       United freindship lying on the North side of Potapscoe River in
       Baltemo.r Co.ty Beginning att a bounded oake by the River
       standing on the west side the mouth of a Cove Davies
       run & runing North thirteen degrees West three hundred then
       five ps to the head line of Larkins addicon then runing to
       the sd line West South West one hundred & twenty Ps then south
       two hundred & thirty Ps then south west forty four ps then south
       by west twenty three Ps then south south east thirty Ps then
       East South East twenty Ps to the southermost tree of Larkins adicon
       by the run then to the first bounded oake Conta & now
       laid out for three hundred & fifty A be the same more or less
       together w.th all & singular with all houses out houses Gardens
       Orchards Cornfields pastures fences woods Underwoods timber
       & timber trees together with all & singular other the timber
       trees p.rmisses & appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
       anywise appertaining and allso all the Estate right title interest
       property claime & Demand whatsoever of them the sd John
       & Tho.s Larkin of in & unto the sd tract Moiety & halfe part
