       & assignes forever And the sd John & Tho.s Larkins for themselves
       their heires Ex.rs & adm.rs and Every of them doth
       Covenant promise Grant & agree to & with the sd Edward Dorsey
       his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes by these p.rsents that the
       said tract or pcell of land by these p.rsents meant menconed
       & intended to be hereby bargained & sold & Every part &
       Pcell thereof both now & att all times forever hereafter
       shall be remaine & Continue to the sd Edward Dorsey his
       heires & assignes forever to the only proper use & behoof
       of him the sd Edward Dorsey his heires & assignes forever
       & to noe other use intent or purpose whatsoever and that
       free & clear & freely & clearly Acquitted Exonerated & discharged
       or otherwise well & sufficiently saved & kept
       harmless of and from all and all Manner former bargaines
       sales gifts grants Joyntures dowers rent charges and
       arrearages of rents Judg.ts Execucons Extents and all other
       charges trouble & incumbrances whatsoever had made Comitted
       suffered or done by them the sd Jn.o & Tho.s Larkins or
       Either of them their or Either of their Heires Ex.rs adm.rs
       or assignes the rents and services from henceforth growing
       due to the Lord or Lords of the fee or fees only Excepted
       & foreprized  And further the sd Jn.o & Tho.s Larkin for
