       of the reigne of our soveraigne Lady Queen Ann by the grace
       of God of England Scottland France & Ireland Queen Defender of the faith
       &c and in the Y.r of our Lord 1702 Between John Larkins &
       Tho.s Larkins of Ann Arund.ll Co.ty in the prov of Maryld Gent
       of the one part & Edward Dorsey of Baltem.r Co.ty in the prov
       afd Gent of the other part  Wittnesseth that they the sd
       John & Tho.s Larkin for & in consideracon of Ninty pounds
       of lawfull Mony of England to them in hand paid or secured
       to be p.d att or before the Ensealing & delivery of these p.rsents
       the receipt whereof they the sd John & Thomas doe hereby
