(584) The premisses before mentioned unto him the said Nicholas Roads his heires and Assignes for Ever to and for the only proper use and behoofe of the said Nicholas Roades his heires and assignes for Ever and the said Thomas Larkin for himselfe his heires Ex.rs & adm.rs Doath hereby Covenant provise Grant and Agree to and with the said Nicholas Roades his heires and assignes In Manner and forme following that is to say that he the said Nicholas Roads his heires and assignes shall and may from time to time and at all times hereafter lawfully peaceably and Quietly have hod use occupy possess and Enjoy the said parcell of Land Containing Three hund.d acres with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging without any Lett Suite Troble Eviction Molestacon or Interruption whatsoever from any person or persons whatsoever that may Lay Claime thereto and that free and Cleare and Clearly Acquitted Discharged saved harmless and Kept Indemnified of and from all other bargaines sailes Gifts Grants Leaces and of and from all other Estates tittles Trobles Charges and Incumberances whatsoever had made suffered Done or assented to by the said Thomas Larkin or John Larkin or his or there heires or assignes or by any other person or persons the Rent and services which shall from hence fourth Grow Due and payable to the Cheife Lord |
