       Or Lords of the fee or fees for or in Respect
       of his or there seniorys of the afd Three hundred
       Acres of Land and premisses only Excepted and
       foreprized and Further the said Thomas Larkin
       and his heires shall and will from time to time
       and at all times for Ever hereafter upon the Reasonable
       Request And at the proper Cost and Charges
       In the laws of him the said Nicholas Roads his
       heires and Assignes make Doe Execute acknowledge
       and suffer or Cause to be made Done Executed
       acknowledged and suffered all and Every Further
       and Reasonable act and acts thing and things
       assurences and assureances In the Law whatsoever
       for the further better and more perfect
       assureing and sure makeing over and Conveying
       of the afd parcell of Land with all and singular
       the premisses to the said Nicholas Roads his
       heirs and assignes to and for his and there proper
       use and behoofe for Ever be itt by any lawfull
       or Reasonable ways or means whatsoever as by the
       said Nicholas his heires or assignes or by his or there
       Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonbly
       Devised advised or required and itt is Covenanted
       Granted and fully a Greed by and between the
       said partyes to these presents is and is hereby
       Declared to be that to be that as well these
       presents as all and Every further assurance and
       assurances of the afd parcell of Land and
       premisses Containeing three hundred Acres
       which shall or may or may att any time
