(583) and by these presents Doath fully freely and absolutely Give Grant Alien bargaine Sell Enffeofe and Confirme unto the said Nicholas Roads his heirs and assignes for Ever all that Tract or parcell of Land Called Larkin his Desire Lyeing on the East side of a River Called Susquahana River Begining at a markted popolar being the Northenmost bounded Tree of a Tract of Land Taken up by George Holl and and Runing from the said poplar up the said River for breadth Ninty perches and unto a marked black walnutt standing up the side of a hill by the River side bounding on the said wallnutt by a line Drawne East for Length into the woods five hundred thirty Three perches and one third parte of a perch bounded on the End of the East line by a Line Drawne South Ninty perches bounding on the End of the East ^South^ Line by a line Drawne west and unto the first bounded Tree Containing and now laid out for Three hundred Acres more or Less together with all Messuages Tenem.ts appurtenances Rights profitts and benefitts Thereunto belonging w.th all Timb.r Trees Easem.ts Comodityes Herriditaments and all the appurtenances Whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaineing with the Reversions and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profitts whatsoever of all and singular the before Mentioned premises together with all Deeds writings Evidences Escripts Boundiaries and Menuments watsoever touching the said premises or any parte or parcell thereof To Have and To Hold the said parcell of Land and all and singular |
