       absolutely and for Every And the said
       Charles Calvert Gent and his heires the
       said Five hundred acres of Land and
       Every parte thereof with the appurtenances
       before bargained and sold unto the said
       Gerard Slye his heires and assignes against
       all persons whatsoever shall and will
       warrant and for Ever Defend by these
       presents  And the said Charles Calvert Gent
       for him himselfe his Execu.rs and administ.rs
       Doth Govenant Grant and agree to and with
       the said Gerard Slye his heires and assignes
       by these presents in Manner and forme
       following that is to say that he the
       said Charles Calvert Gent in and standeth
       Lawfully Rightfully and Indefeazable
       seized of and in the said Five hundred
       Acres of Land and premisses hereby bargained
       and sold and Every parte thereof of or
       Good sure perfect and lawfull Estate
       of Inheritance in Fee simple without
       any Manner of Condition Contingent
       provisoe Limitation of use or uses
       or other restraint matter or thing whatsoever
       to alter Change Charge Impeach determine
       or make void the same and that he the the
       said Charles Calvert Gent now hath good
       Right full power and lawfull and
       absolutely authority to grant bargaine
       sell and Convey the said Land and
       premisses unto the said Gerard Slye
       his heires and assignes in Manner and Forme
       afd and that the said Five hundred Acres
       of Land and Every parte thereof and
       all other the premisses hereby bargained
       and sold now are and be and soe from
       hence forth shall be remaine Continue
       and Endure unto the said Gerard Slye
