       his heires and assignes for Ever Free and Clear
       and Freely and Clearly accquitted Exonerated and
       Discharged of and from all and all Manner
       and Former & other Guifts grants Bargaines
       sales Lesses Mortgages Joyntures Dower and
       Title of Dower and of and from the Dower
       and Title of Dower of his now wife or other of
       his uses wills intails Judgments Extents
       Execussons Executions unto and arrears of
       Rents Titles Troubles Debts Charges and
       Incomberances whatsoever (Quitt rent which
       shall from henceforth become Due only Excepted)
       and that the said Gerard Slye his heires and
       assignes and Every of them shall and may
       from hence forth for Ever hereafter peaceably
       and Quietly have hold occupy possess
       and Enjoy the said bargained premisses and
       Every parte thereof with the appurtenances
       without the lawfull Lett suite Troble
       Interruption Eviction or Disturbance
       of the said Charles Calvert Gent his heires or
       assignes or any other person or persons whatsoever
       And moreover That he the said Charles
       Calvert Gent and all Claiming by from or
       under him and all other persons any Estate
       haveing or lawfully Claiming of in or to the
       premisses or any parte thereof shall and will
       from time to time and att all times hereafter
       att the request and Cost and Charges of the said
       Gerard Slye his or assignes Doe make acknowledge
       suffer and Execute all and Every such further
       and other lawfull and reasonable Act and
       Acts Conveyances and assureances for the
       further and better Conveying and assureing
       of the said Land and premises and Every
       parte thereof to the said Gerard Slye
       and his heires to the use of him the said
