(553) North East Corner Tree of the said Mannor Begining att a marked Red oake standing in the East Line of the said Mannor and runing North by the said Line Four hundred perches to a marked Beech standing by a swamp which Beech is the North Eastermost Corner bounded Tree of the said Manner bounded on the North with a Line Drawne west Two hundred perches to a marked poplar standing in the Northerne bounds of the sid Mannor Bounding on the west by a Line Drawne South from the said poplar Till itt intersects a west Line Drawne from the afd Red oake and bounded on the South by the said Line unto the first Marked Tree Containeing and now Laid out for Five hundred Acres of Land more or less Together with all Messuages Tenements houses out houses orchards Gardens woods underwoods Timber and Timber Trees wayes Easments profitts Comodityes and appurtenances to the said Five hundred acres of Land Belonging or in any wise appertaineing and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders or the same and the Rents Issues and profitts thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest use property Clames and Demands whatsoever of him the said Charles Calvert Gent of in and to the said Five hundred acres of Land or any parte or parcell thereof and all Copyes of Records and all Deeds writeings and pattents to the same belonging To Have & To Hold the said Five hundred Acres of Land and Every parte thereof and all the premisses hereby bargained and sold with there and Every of there appurtenances unto the said Gerard Slye his heires and assignes to the only proper use and behooff of the said Gerard Slye his heires and assignes absolutely |
