       House of the said William Calvert & a barrell of Corne
       for A Heriot as by the same Deed doth more at Large
       appeare & whereas afterwards the said William Calvert
       about the Month of June in the yeare of o.r Lord 1680
       Minding & Intending to Exchange w.th the said Daniel
       Devine and Hugh Manning for the said Daniel & Hugh
       Interest in the said 200 Acres w.ch Lay More comodious
       for the said W.m Calvert his Mansion house in his Mann.r
       there and to give grant & Convey to them the said Daniel
       Devine & Hugh manning other Lands of his the said
       William Calverts Lying within his Mannors of S.t Michaells
       or S.t Gabrills Mannors to hould to them & their Heirs
       for Ever in Exchange for the said 200 Acres of Land  In
       pursuance of the said Contract for the Exchange aforesd
       and the surrendring up of the possession of the said 200 acres
       to the said W.m Calvert  hee the said W.m Calvert did then
       and their agree promiss & oblidge himself by word of mouth
       for the Consideracon of the Exchange aforesaid to grant &
       Convey to the said Daniel Devine for his Moytie of the said
       200 Acres of Land by way of Exchange as aff.d all that
       Tract or parcell of Land Scituate Lying & being in the said
       Mannors or one of them between the said Mansion house
       and poynt lokout and Commonly Called or Knowne by y.e
       name of Scotland being bounded by the pathway at the
       Mouth of pynie Neck at a marked red oake soe with the
       path way that Leads up the Neck to a marked Gum thence
       Est South East to a marked spanish oake thence south to
       a marked Red oake standing by the Creek sid Called pynie
       Neck Creek soe with the said Creek to the first bound Tree
       Containing Two or Three hundred Acres more or less  To hould
       to him the said Daniel Devine his Heirs & Assignes for Ever
       and the said W.m Calvert did then Deliver unto him the said
       Daniel Devine Did Enter into the same & did build
       and Cleare upon the same and made Many Improvem.ts
       thereupon and Quietly held and Enjoyed the same by vertue
