       of the Exchange aforesaid Dureing his Life but before
       the said Deeds for the passing away & Conveying the
       said p.rsons severall Interests to Each other was done
       or Executed about the Month of June 1683 the said
       W.m Calvert dyed Leaveing the said Charles Calvert his
       sonn and Heir then under the age of one and twenty
       years and about March 1683 the said Dan.l Devine
       alsoe Dyed having Made his will in writeing & therein
       amongst other bequests did Devise his Lands goods and
       Chattles after the Decease of Ann his wife & will the same
       to be equally devided amongst his Three Daughters Hester
       Mary and Martha & in Case of any of there deaths the
       surviver to have all & the said Hester & Mary being decd
       without Issue & the whole Title & Intrest of the said Land
       Called Scotland being Discended to the said Martha since
       Marryed to the said Zacharias Vanswerengen & the s.d
       Charles Calvert being since because of full age & being
       willing to Confirme unto the orphants of the said Daniel
       Devine the Contract & Agreem.t made by his s.d Father w.th
       the said Daniel Devine upon the Exchange aforesaid
       and having Long before the Time that the said Charles
       Calvert sold & parted w.th his Interest in & to the said
       Mannors to Philip Lynes Reserved out of his sale the
       said Land Called Scotland and other the Lands within the
       said Mannors by his said father or by him the sd Charles
       Calvert sold or agreed to be sold to any p.rsons whatsoever &
       Particularly having on the behalfe of the said orphants
       of the said Devine promised to Make unto them or the
       survivor of them a good & firme Conveyance of the said
       Land called Scotland to them & their heirs for Ever according
       to the said Contract & Agreem.t Made by the s.d W.m Calvert
       and the will of the said Daniel Devine  Now this Indenture
       further Doth wittness that the said Charles
       Calvert for the severall Consideracon aforesaid & for and
       in Consideracon of the sume of five shillings of Lawfull
       Money of England to him in hand payd by the said
