       This Indenture made the Thirtith Day of July
       in the yeare of o.r Lord one thousand six hundred Ninety
       and seven  Between Charles Calvert late of S.t Maries
       County in the Province of Maryland and Now of Stafford
       County in the Collony of Virginia Gent of the one part
       and Zacharias Vansweringen of the said County of S.t
       Maries Gent And Martha his wife the sole surviveing
       Daughter and Heir of Daniel Devine of the same County
       Plant Decd of the other part  Wittnesseth that whereas
       Heretofore that is to say upon the second day of Novemb.r
       in the yeare of our Lord 1661 William Calvert Esq.r father
       of the said Charles by Indenture then Made Between
       him and the said daniel Devine & Hugh Maning of the
       said County plant for divers good Causes & Considerations him
       thereunto Moveing did sell & grant to the said Daniel Devine
       and Hugh Manning there Heirs & Assignes all the Tenem.ts
       or Plantacon Commonly called and Knowne by the Name
       of Henry James Nook Conteyning Two hundred Acres More
       or less & the said W.m Calvert the said Land was for him and
       his Heirs Execut.s Adm.s & Assignes from all first Claymes &
       Demands what soever warranted and Defended they paying
       yearly four henns or capons on the Tenth of Octob.r at the Mansion
