       wife their Heirs and assignes if the same shall be Lawfully
       demanded  Provided allwayes and upon Condicons Neverthelesse
       that if the said Benj.a Scrivner and Grace his
       wife or either of them their or either heires exec.rs adm.rs
       or assignes shall & doe well and Truely pay or Cause to be
       paid to the said Thomas Tench his heires ex.rs adm.rs or assignes
       the sume of one hundred and Fifty pounds of good & Lawfull
       Money of England together with the Lawfull Interest for
       the same att or upon the Thirtieth day of August Next Ensueing
       the date hereof without any Covin or fraud & w.thout
       Makeing default in the said payment that then & from
       thence forth this p.rsents Grante & demise shall cease determine
       be voide & of Noe Effect or Elce shall Continue and
       remaine in full force and vertue  And the said
       Benjamine Scriviner and Grace his wife for themselves
       their heires Exec.rs adm.rs and assignes doe Covenante prmise
       and granted & w.th the sd Tho.s Tench his heires Exec.rs and
       adm.rs & every of them by these p.rsents that he the said
       Benj.a Scrivner his heirs exec.rs adm.rs and assignes or some
       or one of them shall and will well and Truely pay or Cause
       to be paid to the said Tho Tench his heires exec.rs adm.rs
       or assignes the said sume of one hundred & fifty pounds
