       Estate of inheritance in Fee simple w.thout any Condicon
       Mortgage or Lymitacon of any future use or
       uses w.ch shall or May alter barr Change Charge or determine
       the same  And alsoe that he sd Benj.a Scrivner
       and Grace his wife at the time of the insealing & delivery
       of these p.rsents have in themselves full power good
       right true title and Lawfull authority to grante bargaine
       Demise sett & to farme Lett the sd pcell of
       Land & p.rmisses & every parte and pcell tehreof w.th
       the appurtenances to the sd Tho Tench his heirs exec.rs
       adm.rs and assignes for & dureing the sd Terme of Nine
       hundred Ninety and Nine Yeares in Manner & forme
       afsd & according to the true intent & Meaning before
       Expressed  And alsoe if the said Benj.a Scrivner his

       Make default of or in the payment of the sd sume
       of one hundred and fifty pounds of good & Lawfull
       Money of England w.th the Lawfull interest for the
       same as afsd in the sd Provisoe or Condicon menconed
       or any parte thereof to the sd Tho Tench his heirs
       exec.rs adm.rs and assignes contrary to y.e true intent
       and Meaning before Expressed y.t then & att all Times
       after such default of payment shall be Made the

       shall and may Lawfully peaceably & Quietly have
