       any wise appertaining & all Timber Timber Trees wayes
       waters water Courses belonging or in anywise apptayning
       or caused reputed taken demised used occupyed or Enjoyed
       woods Underwoods hedges ditches Fences rents easements
       Comodityes hereditaments & apptenances whatsoever to
       the sd parcell of Land & p.rmisses belonging or ^in^ any wise
       apptayning or accepted Reputed taken demised used
       occupyed or Enjoyed as part parcell or Member thereof
       and the reversion & reversions remainder and remainders
       Issues & profitts whatsoever of all & singular the before
       Mentioned to be hereby Granted premisses w.th the appurtenances
       & every parte & parcell thereof & all and singular
       the Estate right Tittle interest use possession rent
       property inheritance Clayme & Demande whatsoever
       of him the said Benj.a Scrivner and Grace his wife of in &
       to the aforementioned to be hereby granted premises w.th
       the appurtenances  To have & to hold the said pcell
       of Land & p.rmisses before mentioned to be hereby Grantend
       & every parte & parcell thereof w.th their & every
       of there apptennces unto the said Tho Tench his heirs
       exec.rs adm.rs or assignes from the Ensealing & delivery
       of these p.rsents for & dureing & unto the full ende &
       terme of Nine hunderd Ninty and nine years from thence
       forth Next Ensuing & fully to be Compleate & Ended w.th
       out impeachment of or for any Manner of waste
       Yeilding and paying therefore Yearely & Every Yeare
       dureing the said terme hereby Granted the yearely rent
       of a pepper Corne att or upon the Two & Twentyeth day
       of December unto the sd Benj.a Scrivner & Grace his
