(349) west seventy five perches to a bounded Red Oake then East by north three hundred and Twenty perches to a bounded red Oake on the west side of a Run Called James his run then south by East seventy five perches then with a Direct Line to the first bounded Tree Containeing and then laid out for one hundred and fifty acres more or less Together with all Rights proffitts beneffitts and priveledges thereunto belonging (Royall Mines Excepted) To Have and To Hold the same unto him the said ^Edw.d Batson & Rob.t Johnston^ Edward [illegible] his heires and Assignes for Ever to be holden of his Ldps and his heires or of his Manner of Baltemore in free and Common soccage by Fealty only for all Manner of services under such Rents Covenants conditions Limitations and Exceptions as in and by the said recited Deed of grante or pattent Relation being thereunto had more att large appeare itt doth and may appeare Now this Indenture further wittnesseth that the said Edward Batson for and in Consideracon of the sume of Twenty Eight pounds of Lawfull money |
