350 of England in hand paid and secured to be paid att and before the Ensealeing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof the said Edward Batson Doth hereby acknowledge and Doth likewise acquitt and Discharge the said Rob.t Johnston his Ex.rs and Adm.rs and by these presents Doth give grante baraine sell aliene Enfeoffe and confirme unto him the said Robert Johnston his heires and assignes for Ever all that the aforesaid parcell of Land Called Batsons Fellowship and premisses with there appurtenances To Have And To Hold the same unto him the Together with all houses Edifices and buildings Yards gardens orchards woods underwoods Timber and Timber Trees with writings Estcripts and Minuments Touching or any ways concerning the said parcell of Land and premisses with there appurtenances To Have and To Hold the same unto him the said Rob.t Johnson his heires and assignes for Ever and to and for the only use intent and behoofe of the said Rob.t Johnston his heires and assignes for Ever more and to and for none other use intent and purpose whatsoever And the said Edward Batson for himselfe his |
