33 In that Case made and Provided Taken & acknowledged the Day & yeare afsd Before Us Ric Hill This Indenture made the eight day of April in the fourteenth yeare of the Dominion of the right Honble Charles Absolute Lord & Prop.ty of the province of Maryland & Avalen Lord Baron of Baltemore &c Betweene Benj.a Scrivner of Ann Arund.ll County in the Province of Maryland Gent and Grace his wife of the one part And Thomas Tench of Ann Arund.ll in the province afsd M.rch.t of the other part Witnesseth that the sd Benj.a Scrivner & Grace his wife for & In consideracon of the sume of one hundred and fifty pounds of good and Lawfull Money of England to them in hand well and Truely paid and secured to be paid by the said Thomas Tench before the Ensealing & Delivery hereof the receipt whereof the said Benj.a Scrivner and Grace his wife doe hereby Confesse and acknowledg Have granted bargained sold Demised sett & to farme letten & by these p.rsents Doe Demisse grant bargain sell and to farme Lett unto the said Thomas Tench his heirs and assignes All that parcell of Land scituate Lying & being att hartly Rowe in hampshire in the Kingdome of England Given to him the said Benj.a Scrivner by Francis Coates & Now or Late in the possession of Edw.d Stubb and all Messuages Tenements Dwellinghouses Edifices buildings barnes stables backsides Yards Gardens & orchards & all & singular y.e p.rmisses with |
