32 as by the said John Gardiner his heirs or assignes or his or their Councill in the Law Learned shalbe reasonably devised or required Lawfully & sufficiently Give Grant Convey and assure unto the said John Gardiner his heirs & assignes for Ever all the afsd demised Land & p.rmisses Clearely acquitted and Discharged or otherwise sufficiently saved & Kept harmeless of and from all Manner of Incumbrances whatsoever had Made Comitted or done by the said John Boddy the Elder John Boddy the Younger or the afforesd Comelias Boddy or either them their or eitheir of their Heirs or assignes or by any other pson or psons whatsoever In Witness whereof the prtys first above Named have hereunto interchangeably sett their hands and seales the Day and Year first above written The within Mentioned Deed signed Sealed & Delivered in the p.rsence of Nicholas (seale) Smith Joseph Hill James Foster On the Back of the aforegoing Deed Richard Hill was thus Endorsed viz.t Mem.d that this day to witt the Fifteenth day of of March Anno Dm 1699 Came before us Richd Hill Cheife Justice of his Mas.ties Prov.ll Court &c Cap.t Nich.o Smith within named & acknowledged the w.thin Demised lands & p.rmisses (that is to say the one Moyety or halfe part of y.e w.thin menconed seven hundred acres of land w.ch is Not Yet seated & Inhabited) to be the right & property of him y.e said John Gardiner as of y.e Guift & Demise of them y.e said Nich.o Smith & the w.thin Named Camelia Boddy to y.e sd Jo.n Gardiner his heirs & assignes for Ever according to an Act of Assembly of this province In |
