       as by the said John Gardiner his heirs or assignes or his or
       their Councill in the Law Learned shalbe reasonably devised
       or required Lawfully & sufficiently Give Grant Convey and
       assure unto the said John Gardiner his heirs & assignes for
       Ever all the afsd demised Land & p.rmisses Clearely acquitted
       and Discharged or otherwise sufficiently saved & Kept harmeless
       of and from all Manner of Incumbrances whatsoever
       had Made Comitted or done by the said John Boddy the Elder
       John Boddy the Younger or the afforesd Comelias Boddy
       or either them their or eitheir of their Heirs or assignes or
       by any other pson or psons whatsoever  In Witness whereof
       the prtys first above Named have hereunto interchangeably
       sett their hands and seales the Day and Year first
       above written
The within Mentioned Deed signed
Sealed & Delivered in the p.rsence of      Nicholas  (seale)  Smith
       Joseph Hill
       James Foster                  On the Back of the aforegoing Deed
