       and sixty pches then North North west one hundred thirty & three
       pches then west and by south one hundred & sixty p.rches to a red
       oake Marked w.th four Notches then west North west Ninety
       p.rches to a bounded Hiccory then North & by west one hundred
       and Twenty pches to a bounded Chesnutt tree then East and by North
       seventy five pches to a bounded white oake then North one hundred and
       sixty pches to a bounded white oake being a bounded tree of the
       Land formerly Layd out for Thomas Knighton Gentl then East North
       East one hundred pches to a bounded red oake being a bound
       Tree of the said Morelys Land then w.th the sd Morelys land south
       south East to the first Bounded Tree Containing & layd out for
       seven hundred acres of Land More or Less as by y.e Certificate
       thereof remaining upon Record in the Land office of this May more
       fully & at Large appeare and the said John Boddy being thereof soe
       possessed as afsd soone after dyed & Left behind him his sonn John
       body then this Heir apparent who by discent was of the afsd Land
       and p.rmisses seized in Fee and he the said John the son being soe
       thereof seized in his Right of fee simple afterwards to witt
       the Twenty Ninth day of Novemb.r 1690  By his Last will and
       Testament in writeing duely executed did amongst other things
       therein Contained Give Devise & Bequeath unto the said Camelia
       (by the Name of My Hon.red and wellbeloved Mother Camelia Body
       all his Lands Messuages Tenem.ts plantacons & Estate he should
       at the Time of his death be possed or interested in By vertue of
       which Devise the sole right Titles and property of in & unto
       the afsd Land and p.rmises remaine & is in vested in & upon the
       Camelia who by vertue of her Letter of Att.ry under the hand &
       seale beareing Date at London afsd in the Kingdome of
       England afsd the thirtyeth day of August Last past Did
       Nominate Depute & appoynt the sd Cap.t Nicholas Smith her
                                                                                  Lawfull
