       This Indenture Made fifteenth day of March in
       the year of our Lord God one thousand six hundred Ninety
       and Nine Between Cap.t Nicholas Smith of Stepney in the
       County of Midlesex in the Kingdome of England Marriner
       and Agent appoynted by one Camelia Body of the same place
       widow of the one part & John Gardiner of Baltemore
       County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the other
       parte  Witnesseth that whereas one John Body late of
       Stepney afsd deced in his Life time by vertue of a Grant
       or Patent from the Right Hon.ble the Lord Prop.ry of this
       Province beareing date the one & twentyeth day of Novemb.r
       one thousand six hundred seventy six remaineing upon Record
       in the province afsd was seized in fee simple of and in all that Tract
       or pcell of Land Comonly called Boddyes Adventure Lying
       in Baltemore County afsd on the south side of y.e river called
       Potapsco river on the North side of a Branch of a Creeke
       Called Curtes Creek  Begining at a bounded Hiccory being
       a Corner tree of the west south west Line of the Land
       formerly Layd out for Joseph Morely called Morelys Choice
       and runing south south East one hundred ps to a branch
       of the said Creek called Cabbin Branch then bounded on
       the said Branch lyeing up west south west one hundred
