       Said Tract or parcle of Land belonging or
       in any wise appertaineing and all Deeds
       writeings and Evedences touching or Concerning the
       premices or any part thereof to have and to hold
       the said Tract and parcle of Land and p.rmises w.th
       the appurtences unto the said John Lowe his heires &
       assignes for Ever to the onley pper use and behoofe
       of the said John Lowe his heires and assignes for
       Ever and the said Notly Rozer for himselfe his heires
       Executors and adm.rs doth hereby Covenant ^grant^ and agree
       to and w.th the s.d John Low his heires Execu.rs & adm.rs
       by these psents that he the said Notly Rozer at y.e
       time of the Ensealeing and Delivery of these presents
       is seazed in his Demeasne as of Fee of and
       in the above menconed bargained Land and pmises
       w.th the appurtences of a good sure Indefeizable
       Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple free and
       Discharged of all Incumbrances whatsoever and
       is the true and perfect Owner of the said hereby
       barganed pmises and hath in his full power good
       right and Lawfull intrest and authority to Grant
       bargaine Sell and assigne over the same Land
       and pmises unto the said John Lowe his heires and
       assignes for Ever in manner and forme as aforesaid &
       the said Notly Rozer for himself his heires Executors
       and adm.rs doth hereby covenant promise Grant
       and agree to and w.th the said John Lowe his heires &
       assignes that he the said Notly Rozer his heires Execu.rs
       or adm.rs at any time w.thin seaven yeares from Date
       hereof at the reasonable request of the said John
       Lowe his heires or assignes and at his and their Costs
       and Charges in law shall and will make seale &
       Execute any other Deeds or Instrum.ts or other matter
       or thing for the more Efectuall and sure making
       of the same Land and p.rmises unto the
