Said John Lowe his heires and assignes for Ever
       such as by the said John Lowe his heires & assignes
       shalbe resonably advised Devised or required
       and that he the said Notly Rozer his heires and
       assignes the same above bargained pmises with
       the appurtences to the s.d John Low his heires &
       assignes for Ever ag.t all persons whatsoever
       shall and will warrent and for Ever Defend by
       these psents in witness whereof the partyes
       first above menconed have hereunto ^interchangably^ sett their
       hands and seales the day and yeare first
