(113) in the woods at a bounded white oake Standing on the north side of a fress runn Called oxen runn runing thence north west thirty pches to a bounded white oake standing upon a hill thence north East and by East one hundred thirty five pches to a bounded read oake thence north north East Eighty pches to a bounded white oake thence East and by south Sixty pches to a bounded white oake thence East South East forty pches to a bounded oake then East by south sixty pches to a bounded white oake thence South and by East Thirty five pches to a bounded oake standing by the side of the said runn thence buiding on the s.d runn at the runn runeth to the first bounded tree Containeing and Laid out for one hundred and six acres more or less being first Granted by pattent by the Lord prop.ry of this province to Tho Brookes of the same province Gentl the Tenth Day of June 1671 and by the said Tho Brooke Granted and Conveyed to one John Saunders the ninth Day of march 1674 and by the said John Sanders Granted and Conveyed to one W.m wells the tenth day of June 1678 and by the said W.m wells Granted & Conveyed to the said Benj.a Rozer the twenty fifth Day of may 1679 and by the death of the said Benj.a Rozer Decended to the s.d Notley Rozer as by the severall Deeds of Conveyances remaineing upon record in the records of Charles County Co.rt more at Large may appeare and soe the said Notly Came seized of the said Tract of Land and pmices w.th the appurtences to him and his heires for Ever togather w.th all dwelling houses messuages buildings barnes stables orchards Gardens out houses profitts comodityes advantages and appurtenances whatsoever to the said |
