   On the back of the foregoeing deed was thus endorsed viz.t

       Mem.d this Eleaventh day of October 1699 came the w.thin
       Named Rich.d Bennett party to the within deed and Acknowledged
       this said deed to be his Act and deed before as under
       written two of his Maj.ts Justices of the Prov.ll Courte

       This Indenture made the Eighteenth
       Day of June in the yeare of our Lord one
       Thousand Seaven hundred Betweene Notley
       Rozer of Charles County in the province of
       maryland Esq.r Sonn and heire of Col Benj.a
       Rozer Late of the Same place Esq.r Decd of
       the one part and John Lowe of S.t marys
       County in the province of maryland Gent
       of the other part witnesseth that the said
       Notly Rozer as well for and on Consideracon
       of the Sume of Seaventy pounds Ster mony
       of England to him in hand payd at any
       before the Ensealeing and Delivery hereof by
       by the said John Lowe as for Divers other Good
       Causes and Consideracons him thereunto more
       Especially moveing hath Given Granted bargained
       alleined Sold assigned Transferred Enfeoft
       and Confirmed as by these psents he Doth
       fully Clearely and absolutely Give Grant bargain
       Alliene Sell assigne Transfer Enfeoff & Confirme
       unto him the said John Low his heires and assignes
       for Ever all that tract or parcle of Land Caled
       nonsuch being formerly in Charles County but
       by Devision of the Countys is now in prince Georges
       County and Beginning above piscattaway
