       all the said partys hereunto and soe is hereby declared that
       it shall and may be Lawfull to and for the said Henry Lowe
       at any time dureing the terme of his Natureall life to make
       any deed in wrighting or by his last Will and Testament
       by him signed sealed and delivered in the p.rsence of three
       or more Credible Wittnesses and thereby to direct nominate
       and Appointe To what childe or children he thus should
       have by the sad Susannah which he would have to enjoy
       the said Tracts of Land or any of their  And then and in
       such case the said John hawkins and Nicholas Lowe and
       their heires shall stand and be seized of the said Tracts
       or any of them to the use of such childe or children
       & these p.rsents or any thing therein Contained to the
       Contrary Notwithstanding  And the said Rich.d Bennett
       and his heires & these p.rsents or any thing herein contained
       to the contrary Notwithstanding  And the said
       Richard Bennett for him and his heires doth hereby Covenant
       and Agree to and With the the said John Hawkins &
       Nicholas Lowe and their heires that at any time hereafter
       upon the reasonable request and at the cost and
       Charges of the said Henry and Susannah or their heires he
       the said Richard Bennett and his heires shall make and
       Grante such further and other Assureance of the p.rmises
       or any parte thereof to the use intents and purposes afd
       As by the said Henry and Susannah and their heires
       shalbe reasonably devised or advised and required Provided
       such assureance containe noe further Warranty
       then against the said Richard Bennett party to these
       Psents and his heires In Wittness whereof the
       partys aforesaid to these Indentures interchangeably
       have sett their hands and seales the day and Yeare first
