       day of the date of these p.rsents of the land hereby setled and
       made betweene the said partys to these p.rsents and by vertue of
       the statute for transferring uses into possession in that case
       made and provided and to their heires  All those three tracts of
       land contained in one pattent made to the said Rich.d
       Bennett deced bearing date the Eighteenth day of July 1664
       viz.t One called holdmanstone containeing by the said pattent
       Two hundred Acres One called Southward containeing One hundred
       and fifty acres  One other called Chealsey containeing Three hund.d
       Acres According as the same are mentioned and butted and
       bounded in the pattent Afd  All that tract of Land called
       Bennetts hope containeing two hundred Acres as by the pattent
       in the name of Maj.r Gen.tt Bennett deed beareing date the
       Fifteenth day of September 1665 Accordeing to the meets and bounds
       thereof in the said pattent mentioned  And alsoe all that tract of
       Land Greens oake containeing by Pattent Fower hundred and
       Fifty acres Pattented in the name of the said Rich.d Bennett deed
       by Pattent bearing date the Third day of March 1661  All which
       said Severall tracts of Land are Scituate lying and being in
       Sassafrax River in Cecill County and all houses buildings ways
       Easments proffitts Comoditys and Appurtenances to the said Five
       severall Tracts of Land belonging or of right Appurteyning And all
       the Estate right Title and interest of him the said Richard Bennett
       Party to these p.rsents of in and to the same and the revercon &
       revercons remainder and remainders thereof To have and to hold
       the sd Five Severall tracts of Land and premises with the Appurtenances
       unto the said John hawkins and Nicholas Lowe &
       their heires to the severall uses hereafter menconed (That is to say
       to the use of the said Henry Lowe and Susanna Maria his wife
       for the terme of their naturall lives and from and after both
       their deceases to y.e use of the heires of the body of the said Susannah
       Maria by the said Henry Low begotten or to be begotten and
       for want of such issue to the heires of the body of the said
       Susanna and for want of such issue to the right heires of the
       said Richard Bennett party to these p.rsents for ever  And further
