                            This Indenture made the
       Eleaventh day of october in the Yeare of Our Lord One
       Thousand six hundred Ninety and Nine Between Rich.d
       Bennett of Cecill County Gent Sonn and heire of Richard
       Bennett decd and Grand Sonn of Maj.t Gen.tt Bennett decd
       on the one part and Henry Lowe of S.t Marys County Gent
       and Susannah Maria his wife daugher of the said Rich.d
       Bennett deceased and John Hawkins and Nicholas Lowe
       of Talbott County Gent trustees for the said Henry Lowe
       and Susannah Maria and their children on the other parte
       wittnesseth that for the naturall Love and Affection
       which the said Richard Bennett hath and beareth to
       his sister the said Susannah Maria and her children
       and for and in consideration of the sume of Five Shillings
       Sterling to him in hand paid by the said John
       Hawkins and Nicholas Lowe and for the Settling of y.e
       Lands hereafter mentioned to the severall uses herein
       declared for diverse good causes and Considerations him
       the said Richard Bennett party to these p.rsents there
       unto Especially moveing hee the sd Richard Bennett
       hath Granted released and Confirmed and by these
       Psents doth grant release and Confirme unto them
       the said John Hawkins and Nicholas Lowe in their
       Actuall possession now being by vertue of one
       Indenture of Bargaine and Sale bearing date
