       according to y.e true intent and meaning of these

       for Ever Lawfully peaceably and quietly
       have hold use occupy possess and
       Enjoy all and singular the afd Land
       and premisses before mentioned &
       Intended to be hereby Bargained & every
       part and parcell thereof with y.e appurts
       without the Lett suit trouble Disturbance
       molestation Eviction denyall or hindrance
