       onely Excepted and foreprized and more
       over that he the said Tho.s Well & his heirs
       Ex.rs & ad.rs and all other Persons claimeing
       any estate Right title or interest of in
       or to y.e s.d Land and premisses hereby bargained
       or any part or pcell thereof by from or
       under him or them at y.e reasonable request
      Costs and Charges in y.e Law of y.e s.d Tho.s Tench
       his heirs or assis make doe acknowledge
       Levie Execute and suffer or Cause to be made
       done acknowledged levyed Executed or Su
       sufferred all & every such further & other
       Lawfull & reasonable act & acts thing &
       things Device & Devices assureance and
       assureances in y.e Law w.tsoever for y.e further
       and better assureing & Suremakeing and
       Conveying of all & singuler y.e premisses hereby
       bargained and every part and pcell thereof
       unto y.e s.d Tho.s Tench his heirs & assis for ever
       as by y.e s.d Tho.s Tench his heirs or assis or
       his or their Councill Learned in y.e Law
       shall be reasonably devised advised or
       required and Lastly it is mutually agreed by &
       between y.e s.d partys to these presents y.t all &
       every such further and other act and acts
