       W.m Kidd his heires forever and to no other use
       intent or purpose w.tsoever and y.e said Jos.a Wilson
       doth Coven.t grant & agree to and with y.e s.d W.m
       Kidd y.t he y.e s.d Jos.a is and standeth Lawfully and
       Rightfully seized in y.e pmises and hath sufficient
       power to give grant & dispose thereof and the same
       will Warr.t and for ever defend as well ag.t himselfe
       as ag.t all other psons claimeing or to Claime any
       Right title or interest thereunto by from or under
       him in any wise w.tsoever and further y.t he will
       at all times as he shall be reasonably requir'd
       execute all such further Deeds & assurances to
       be made for y.e better confirming the Estate afd to
       him y.e said William Kid his heires & assis forever
       as he shall be herafter advisd or required provided
       it be not to make a greater Estate in y.e p.rmises then
       is above declard & mention'd  In Wittness whereof
       the s.d pties to these p.rsents have interchangeably
       set their hands and seales the day & yeare first
       above written
