       & premises to be Right of y.e s.d W.m Kidd
       his heires & assis forever & in Like manner
       did y.e s.d Martha being privatly Examd
       acknowledge the same of her Voluntary consent

       for a fine for alienation of the within Land
       named Black oak thicket Cont.a two hund.d
       & fifty a from Jos.a Wilson to the s.d Kidd

       This Indenture made this 6.th day
             of septemb.r 1706  Between William
       Kidd of Calv.t County in the province of maryland
       of the one part and Abraham Johns
       of the same County and province on the
       other part  Wittnesseth y.t y.e s.d W.m Kidd for
       and in Consideration of the full and just sume
       of fifty five pounds Lawfull mony of England
       to him in hand paid before y.e Ensealing and
       delivery of these presents whereof he the
       said W.m Kid doth hereby acknowledge
       himselfe therewith fully satisfyed & paid and
       thereof and every part thereof doth Clearly
       acquit Exonerate and discharge the said Abraham
       Johns his heires Ex.rs ad.rs and assis & Every of
       them by these p.rsents Hath Given Granted
