1043 This Indenture made the second day of september in the fifth yeare of the Reigne of our sovn Lady Anne by the Grace of God of England Scotland France and Ireland Queen Defender of the faith &c.a Annoq Dni 1706 Between Jos.a Wilson of Annarundell Co.ty Gent of the one Part and W.m Kidd of Calv.t County plan.t of the other part Wittnesseth that the said Josiah for and in consideracon of the sume of & thirty pounds Currant mony of maryland to him in hand paid the rec.t whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and therewith to be fully sattisfyed contented & paid hath Given Granted sold alien'd and Confirmd and by these presents for himself his heires Ex.rs & ad.rs doth Give grant sell alien and Confirme unto him the said W.m Kidd his heires and assis forever all y.t tract or pcell of Land calld & knowne by the name of Black oak thickett scituate lying & being in Charles County Begining at a bounded red oak saplin standing in a fork of Fradsham Creek and runing thence south two hundred p.s thence West two hundred p.s then north two hundred thence with a straight line to y.e first bounded tree Cont.a & Laid out for two hundred and fifty a more or Less To have and to hold the afd tract of Land w.th all and singular the p.rmises and appurtenances to him y.e said (W.m) |
