       that then likewise this Deed is to be void &
       of no Effect & the Estate thereby made to y.e
       said Jn.o Hyde to cease & determine but in
       Case of failer of any of the said paym.ts &
       interest as af they then this Deed to remain
       in full force & Vertue to vest the free simple
       of the Lands & premisses therein specefied
       in the said Jn.o Hyde his heirs & assign's
       forever  In Wittness Whereof the Parties
       have hereunto interchangably sett
       their hands & affixed their seales the day
       & year first above written
